Happy Healthy Me is a store run by 2 enthusiastic ladies who put their money (or products in this case) where their mouth is and have personally worked towards getting Healthy by changing their lifestyles and diets And they certainly are Happy too 😀

Retailing and using certified organic products and a return to ancient grains like locally sourced millets, is their key to triumph.

Just a year old in the business, they are surging ahead with events, classes, workshops and such like.

This month is Millet month on their calendar and 1st to 31st Dec is your chance to try out their new Millet menu.

Mini millet Idlis, millet Dosas and the Plateful of Millet Goodness, a sumptuous thali with jowar and ragi rotis, millet pulao, millet payasam and lots of seasonal veggies, are available at their dine in section.

In addition they are offering a 15% off on all millets, free recipe cards, food samples at the store and Millet Cooking Workshops on 15th and 21st Dec.

We were invited for a taste of what they have in store (pun intended of course 😀 ) and you can have a glimpse of all the goodies in the pictures.

The little idlis are always a hit, smothered in flax seed chutney powder. The dosa with sweet potato filling, made us call for seconds and ordering a thali was a great way of sampling a bit of several items. There is a mini thali too for people like us who feed their cameras more than they feed themselves 😀
And oh they have an exotic looking burger, colored dark with activated carbon, a luscious beet patty and served with home made ketchup, sweet potato fries and a crisp arugula pomegranate salad.

Visit them or have them deliver. They have an online presence at  Happy Healthy Me
