Stalls are square, have floor and located under a leak proof structure. Each stall is provided with one spot light, one electrical point, two tables and two chairs.
Stalls will be ready for occupation two days prior to the event.
Stall booking is made only against advance payment. Payments once made will not be refunded for any reason.
Exhibitors are responsible for arranging the exhibits and their maintenance during the event.
The Department of Agriculture reserves the right to re-allocate or re-size spaces under special circumstances.
Exhibitors are requested to keep the display areas/stalls ready two hours before the inaugural function.
Movement of all kinds of vehicles is strictly prohibited around the exhibition premises.
Music systems and special lights causing inconvenience or annoyance are not allowed.
Exhibits must be positioned, displayed/demonstrated in such a way that they do not intrude into the pathway/public space or cause hazard to visitors/other exhibitors.
Any exhibit or process, which generates noxious or toxic fumes or smoke of any kind, is strictly prohibited. No fuel or inflammable material is allowed inside or near the exhibition venue. Organizers are not responsible for any untoward incident.
Sticking of posters and putting banners at any place inside the exhibition premises other than the specified area is strictly prohibited.
The Department of Agriculture, GoK, reserves the right to cancel the event under unforeseen circumstances.
Though security is provided in general, protection of individual stalls & display area and their belongings rests with the exhibitors.
